    Default strange Eihandgranate

Hi, looking for info on this strange Eihandgranate.
It has a metal cap and was filled with loose flaked TNT.
For comparison a regular Eihgr 39 on the left.

    Thanks, Bob

    Thank You Fausto!
I was so focused on German (it was found together with 9 Eihgr 39 and some other German stuff). that I did not consider other countries.
There are not many french grenades found here.

Considering your location, i think it is more probable that this is a Polish wz. 33 offensive grenade, or its Romanian MAN copy.

The polish grenade is a bit pointy on the bottom and has a well for the fuze.
No info on the romanian grernade.
The french shown at lexpev has the right color and the red band around the center junction.

I would not exclude any country because of the location, as we get ammo from nearly all european countries. Even had some Dutch handgrenades some time ago.
These ones have been on the roof beam for some time.
