    Default 13,2mm hotchkiss identification.

Today I obtained this 13,2mm Hotchkiss catrridge, produced by FN in 1938. Strange enough the case length is not 96mm, but 99mm. The projectile seems to be of the HE type.
Does anybody have a description of this catridge, preferably a drawing?
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards, DJH

DJ, 99mm is the old case length. It was changed to 96mm as the round permamently was confused with the 12.7x99.

Belgium bought some armored cars from France in the 1930 s. They were equipped with the hotchkiss 13.2 mm MG. Hence the fabrication by FN of the ammo? I ll try to verify

Romania also had some FN-made Browning MGs in 13.2mm calibre fitted to I.A.R.80B fighters.
