Nationality; is it HEAT or not.......?

Sorry but I don't have the exact dimensions cause I just had it a few moment in the hands....

These are definately Chinese made 73mm for the SPG-9 or 2A28.
To what I see it is a HEAT and the fuze should be the variant with the cable to replace the inner cone as that will render grid armor way less effective (or make it usless).

Do you have images of the fuze markings?
